In 1909 several leaders of doctors community started CD Path as a diagnostic centre at Badurtala, Cumilla. Thinking about affordable treatment to the society of Cumilla regeon a General Hospital has been opened in 1992. A complete outdoor & indoor facilities started with combined department of Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Pediatric, Gynae and obstetrics, Oncology, General surgery backed by Pathology, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry, Imaging departments supported by latest modernized devices. In the point of hospital management the total project transferred into its own Bhavan of modern architectural design with rarerest wider space in the building for patients in the year 2005. In 2014 wider spectrum modalities like CT Scan, Oesophagoscopy, colonoscopy, Echo Cardiography, bone densitometry, OPG, Dialysis etc are introduced with the intention to complete diagnoses & treatment in are centre.
As per demand of the area population for urgent management CD Path started ICU, CCU, Neonatal ICU & Padiatric ICU from 2015.
